There could be problems that arise if you have beyond a certain number (not sure how that works though) of users all logged into that same email account in order to use such software. The main reason will come down to cloud computing, backups and things related to this. However, you do not want multiple Office that everyone in your business is going to be using at the same time, to be tied to a single email account. Each gets its own digitized license in return, each separate from one another, just like bare product keys are all separate. It will never matter how many OS or Office licenses you activate on a single MS Email Account. I hope you realize that most of the Office tools can be used 100% freely via after logging in. What exactly within the Office suite do you all see as a must-have?

How many offices 2019 can we link to one microsoft account? When we activate online our office 2019 licenses it asks to login with a microsoft account, so my question is can we use the same 365 office account for our 2019 office licenses if we canceled and deleted our 365 subscription? Wont there be any interferece or posibility of losing the account (since we canceled our subscription) and therefore losing our office 2019 licenses?
